If you would like to close your account, you can reach out to support@lob.com with your Account ID and reason for closing the account. You may locate your Account ID, by going to your Lob Dashboard > Settings > Account Information. Please make sure all outstanding invoices have been paid and no unbilled usage remains on your account.
Alternatively, you may opt to downgrade to the Developer edition ($0 monthly subscription fee) and still keep your account with Lob open. This will allow you to return to Lob at any time in the future while ensuring that you do not get charged. Downgrading only applies to accounts under a paying subscription (Startup, Growth, etc).
Note: the downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (e.g., start of next calendar month if on monthly terms).
