At Lob, we pride ourselves on being a customer-first organization. Maintaining a high level of transparency on industry related changes is paramount to meeting our customers’ needs and ensuring your continued success.
As you may be aware, the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) recently approved the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) proposed price increase, which will take effect August 29, 2021. As a result, starting August 29, 2021 our per mail piece pricing will be changing to reflect the USPS price increases.
On a positive note, USPS has increased the maximum size limit for first-class mail postcards from 4x6 to 6x9. This means 6x9 postcards now qualify for the lower first-class postage rate and provides you with additional room to communicate and promote your offering at a cheaper price point.
Please note that this only impacts mailpiece pricing and there are no changes to your Lob platform subscription pricing.
As your strategic direct mail partner, we understand that these changes may have an impact on your bottom line. As part of our commitment to delivering great ROI and performance for all your direct mail campaigns, we will continue to work to keep your costs as low as possible. We are available to answer any questions you may have regarding the USPS pricing changes.
