You can easily edit your account’s subscriptions anytime through our Settings.
To do this you should:
- Log in to your account at dashboard.lob.com
- On the top right corner of your dashboard, click on your account name
- Click on “Settings”
- Click on the “Editions” tab
- Select which subscription you would like to edit (Print & Mail, Address Verification, or Support)
- Under the “Available Editions” section
When upgrading your subscription, you will be charged the prorated amount for that month. When downgrading a subscription, the downgrade will become effective on the following billing cycle (1st of the subsequent month if on a monthly subscription).
*Under the Developer account, you will not be charged a monthly subscription, but you will be charged for any mailpieces or address verifications submitted for that month.
