If you would like to close your account, you can reach out to support@lob.com with your account ID and reason for closing the account. You can locate your account ID in the dashboard.
- Log in to your account in dashboard.lob.com
- In the top right corner of your dashboard, click on your account name
- Click on “Settings”
- Click the “Account” tab
In order for Lob to process account closures, all outstanding invoices need to be paid and there must not be any unbilled usage remaining in your account for the following month.
Alternatively, you may opt to downgrade to the Developer subscription ($0 monthly fee) and still keep your account with Lob open. This will allow you to return to Lob at any time in the future while ensuring that you do not get charged. The option to downgrade is only available to Start-up, Business, and Growth subscriptions. Annual subscribers may downgrade, but it will only become effective after the year subscription has elapsed.
* Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (e.g., start of next calendar month if on monthly terms).
